Annie R. Ressalam, M.D., is an internal medicine physician who combines conventional medicine with an integrative approach to hormone health, longevity, and healthy aging. Her clinical interests include longevity medicine, geriatrics, and palliative care.
Dr. Ressalam earned her medical degree from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, in India. She completed her internal medicine residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital and MedStar Health in Baltimore, followed by a geriatric medicine fellowship at Johns Hopkins. Her training in caring for older adults — who often have several conditions at once — shapes how she treats every patient: she tests thoroughly, looks at the whole person, and builds plans for long-term health.
